Sourced from the high peaks of Planadas in South Tolima, Colombia, Two Swallows embodies the soul of its land - fertile volcanic soil, cool mountain air and generations of coffee craft. At altitudes between 1,600–2,000 m, Castillo, Caturra and Colombia varietals develop slowly, building a depth of flavour and refined sweetness that’s both balanced and expressive.

Planadas may be rugged terrain, but its coffee reflects resilience and tradition - much like the bold markings of a classic tattoo. This is a coffee that’s equal parts heart and heritage.
